On November 12, 2025, the founding meeting of the Party branch of Shandong NKT Analytical Instrument Co.,Ltd. was held in the company's Party building activity room. The meeting was chaired by Su Changxue, a third-level organizer from the Comprehensive Office of the Jinan New Materials Industry Park Management Committee, and Comrade Yu Daijun was elected as the secretary of the Shandong NKT Party branch.
On November 12, 2025, the founding meeting of the Party Branch Committee of Shandong NKT Analytical Instrument Co.,Ltd. was held in the company's Party building activity room. The meeting was chaired by Su Changxue, a third-level organizer from the Comprehensive Office of the Jinan New Materials Industrial Park Management Committee. Attending the meeting were Wang Chengliang, General Manager of Shandong NKT Analytical Instrument Co.,Ltd.; Yu Daijun, Chief Technical Officer; Sun Minmin, staff member of the Comprehensive Office of the Park Management Committee; as well as all party members and representatives of the general public from the company.
Amidst the solemn sound of the national anthem, the founding conference officially kicked off. Participants jointly studied the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China," and the meeting read out the Party Working Committee of the Jinan New Materials Industry Park's "Reply Approving the Establishment of the Branch Committee of the Communist Party of China at Shandong NKT Analytical Instrument Co.,Ltd." Subsequently, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China" and the "Regulations on the Election Work of Grassroots Party Organizations of the Communist Party of China," the meeting adopted the "Election Procedures" and elected Comrade Yu Daijun as the first Secretary of the Party Branch Committee of Shandong NKT Analytical Instrument Co.,Ltd. through a secret ballot.
In his statement, Yu Daijun expressed heartfelt gratitude for the trust placed in him by the higher-level Party organization and the support of all Party members. He pledged to fulfill his duties with a strong sense of political responsibility, living up to the organization’s earnest expectations and the trust of the Party members. He vowed to be dedicated and diligent, working collaboratively with all Party members to strengthen theoretical education, consolidate the organizational foundation, and strive to open up a new chapter in the company’s Party building work. Wang Chengliang, General Manager of NKT Company, then took the floor. He stated that, as the head of the enterprise, he would fully support the Party branch in carrying out its work, consciously integrate the development of the enterprise into the broader cause of the Party and the country, uphold Party building as the guiding principle, and promote the enterprise’s high-quality development.
Secretary Su expressed warm congratulations on the establishment of the Party branch and put forward three hopes for its future work: First, he hoped that Party members would love their jobs, cultivate a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, and play a leading and vanguard role in the company’s development; second, he hoped that the Party branch would strictly implement all organizational life systems, thoroughly study and carry out Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, study Party rules and discipline, innovate learning methods, and deepen the integration of learning and practice; third, he hoped that the Party branch would leverage its own organizational strengths, identify key areas and entry points for its work aligned with the company’s development, actively engage in various activities, and use Party building to empower business growth.
At the conclusion of the conference, a plaque-unveiling ceremony for the Party branch was held. Su Changxue and Yu Daijun jointly unveiled the plaque for the Party Branch Committee of the Shandong NKT Analytical Instrument Co.,Ltd. Under the solemn melody of "The Internationale," the founding conference of the Party Branch of Shandong NKT Analytical Instrument Co.,Ltd. came to a close. The establishment of the Party branch of Shandong NKT Analytical Instrument Co.,Ltd. will bring new opportunities for the company’s development, inject fresh vitality and energy, and usher in a new era for NKT, one characterized by Party building-led guidance and technological innovation. It also marks the beginning of a new journey toward high-quality enterprise development driven by Party building.
