Repair requests receive a one-hour response time; within the province, we’ll arrive on-site within 12 hours; for all other provinces, we’ll reach the customer’s site within 24 hours.

Warranty repair

Our company offers a two-year warranty and lifetime support for our instruments.   Maintenance   The laser, detector, and motherboard—key components—are warranted for up to 5 years.
