To ensure everyone can fully relax and enjoy this joyous family reunion holiday while also guaranteeing the smooth continuation of all business operations after the holidays, our company has conducted a thorough review and has decided to issue the following notice regarding the holiday schedule and related important matters.
I. Holiday Schedule
The National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival will be combined into a single holiday period in 2025, lasting from Wednesday, October 1, to Wednesday, October 8—a total of 8 days. Work will resume as usual starting on Thursday, October 9. All employees are required to return to their posts on time to ensure the smooth continuation of all operations, including production, sales, and after-sales services.
II. Employee Care and Benefits
Convenient Return Home for Employees from Other Provinces: To help colleagues from other provinces plan their trips in advance and reduce travel hassles, the company specially allows employees from other provinces to return home one day earlier (September 30), provided they meet the requirements for work handover. Their attendance for this period will be treated as regular attendance. For specific details, please confirm with your department head.
Holiday Gift Distribution for National Day: To express our gratitude for the hard work and dedication of all employees, the company has prepared National Day gifts for each staff member. These gifts will be distributed uniformly by each department before September 29. Please pay attention and collect your gift in a timely manner.
