Dear All Employees of the Company:
As the year draws to a close and a new chapter begins, in anticipation of the Spring Festival marking the Year of the Horse, we would like to ensure that all employees enjoy a joyful, peaceful, and secure holiday. In light of our company’s specific circumstances, please find below the official Spring Festival holiday schedule and relevant guidelines. All employees are requested to take note and comply accordingly.
I. Holiday Schedule
The company’s Spring Festival holiday will run from Friday, February 13, to Monday, February 23, for a total of 11 days. During this period, February 13 and February 14 are two additional paid days off granted to all employees, during which no work is required and full pay will be maintained.
Considering that some employees live far from the office and find it inconvenient to commute, the company hereby permits those who reside at a distance to return home after completing the required leave‑approval procedures in advance. Please coordinate with your department head ahead of time to arrange all leave‑related matters, and ensure a smooth handover of duties before departing.

II. Spring Festival Benefits Distribution
To express our gratitude for the hard work and steadfast dedication of all employees over the past year, the company has carefully prepared a wide range of Spring Festival benefits, including: reunion dinners, Wuchang organic rice, authentic hometown‑flavor peanut oil, specialty cooked foods, Xueji roasted snacks, fresh cherries, Yantai apples, and more. These benefits will be distributed in an orderly manner before the holiday; please stay tuned for collection notices and take home this season’s care and best wishes from the company as you celebrate the New Year.

III. Holiday Precautions
1. Safety First, Have a Safe Holiday: During the holiday, all employees are reminded to prioritize personal and property safety, observe traffic regulations when traveling, and drive cautiously. At home, exercise caution when using fire, electricity, and gas, and take steps to prevent potential hazards, ensuring a safe and peaceful holiday.
2. Tidy Up and Leave: Please ensure that, before leaving the office, all employees thoroughly clean their workstations and assigned areas, and organize their personal belongings. Be sure to inspect and turn off all utilities—water, electricity, doors, windows, and air conditioning—and disconnect power to eliminate potential safety hazards. Remember: when you leave, turn off the lights, close the windows, and switch off the power.
3. Plan wisely and balance work with rest: All employees are encouraged to make thoughtful arrangements for their time off, ensuring a proper mix of relaxation and quality time with loved ones, while also taking care of their well-being to stay in good shape. Please return to work on schedule after the holiday.
